An Onsite Assessment is how we verify which standard service you’re looking for and provide an accurate quote based on real conditions. You can explore services and pricing ranges on our website, but the assessment is what turns that information into a specific plan and a real number—often the same day.
Assessment deposit: $295 Applied to your project if you move forward · No obligation to proceed. Non-refundable. Quotes are valid for 30 days (pricing may update after that, but the plan typically stays the same). Locations outside our standard service area may include an additional travel charge.
What Does an Onsite Assessment Entail?

Door Overhaul: adjustment plus repair and planing
New Door, Same Jamb: door replacement without construction
Prehung Door Replacement: full replacement with frame and trim work
