Typical Pricing: Based on product selections and any optional add-ons. There is no installation cost included with Spec & Supply. This service focuses on getting the product right, not performing the installation.
What is Spec & Supply?
Spec & Supply provides expert guidance on doors and hardware, followed by product supply only.
We help you:

Confirm specifications and options
Place the order correctly
Installation is handled by others.

Guidance selecting doors and/or hardware
Review of sizes, configurations, and options
Confirmation of manufacturer requirements
Ordering and supply of approved products
Clear documentation of what is being supplied
Support is available in person at the showroom or remotely.
Optional Add-Ons & Upgrades
Add-ons are discussed during the showroom visit or assessment and priced separately.
On-Site Measurement
Classic Door visits the site to take measurements and verify specifications before ordering.
Digital Scanning of Historic Openings
High-precision digital scanning to capture exact dimensions and irregularities. Recommended for historic or non-square openings.
Arch-Top & Specialty Openings
Additional specification support for arch-top or specialty door openings, including layout review and manufacturer coordination.
What’s Not Included
Spec & Supply does not include:
Installation or installation coordination
On-site measurement (unless added as an add-on)
Field verification of framing, trim, or site conditions
Adjustments or corrections after product ordering
Installation labor, finishing, or jobsite modifications
If you’d like Classic Door to take responsibility for measurements or verification, an on-site measurement or digital scanning add-on is required.
